Obituary of Genevieve Parese

Genevieve Esther Parese (nee Scehovic), age 81, of West Paterson, passed away on April 15, 2011. She was born in Clifton and moved to West Paterson in 1963. She worked at ADP for many years before retiring. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Pompeii Church in Paterson. She was a member of the West Paterson Seniors and the St. Cyril and Methodius Seniors. She was the beloved mother to Christine Parese McDiarmid and Robert Parese. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her 6 siblings. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-5pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A funeral Mass will be offered on Monday at 11:00am at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 70 Murray Ave., Paterson. Guests may arrive at the funeral home at 9:00am. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Paterson.
