Obituary of Maria CiFuentes

Maria Cifuentes, age 82, passed away on May 18, 2011 while on vacation from Colombia to visit her family in Paterson. She was born on December 12, 1928 in Sevilla (Valle), Colombia to the late Ramon Cifuentes and Maria Gallego. She was a loving homemaker for her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Arcesio Gutierrez. She was the beloved mother of Luz Dary Gutierrez, Arcecio Gutierrez, Jose Herneide Gutierrez and the late Jaime Suyel Gutierrez. She was the adored grandmother to Liliana Yepes, Orlando Yepes, Cesar Augusto Gutierrez, Alex Yepes, Ana Milena Gutierrez, Angela Maria Gutierrez, Diego Mauricio Gutierrez, Adriana Lucia Gutierrez, Juan Carlos Gutierrez, Daniel Felipe Gutierrez, Santiago Gutierrez and Maria Camila Gutierrez. She was the great grandmother of Christian Yepes, Jalissa Yepes, Alex Yepes, Valentina Ramirez, Tyler Yepes, Dylan Deleon, and Isabella Yepes. She is also survived by her niece Nancy Cifuentes and her nephew Alfredo Cifuentes. She was predeceased by her brothers Bernardo Cifuentes and Eliazar Cifuentes. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A funeral service will be held during visitation at 7:30pm. Cremation will be private.
