Obituary of Veronica Zaubitzer

Veronica Zaubitzer (nee Sutzko), age 92, of Woodland Park, passed away on October 17, 2011. She was born in St. Clair, PA to the late George and Irene Sutzko. In addition to being a loving homemaker, she worked at Horn and Hardart in NYC for many years. She was a parishioner at St. Bonaventure Church in Paterson. Veronica was the beloved wife of the late Karl Zaubitzer, the adored mother of Irene Donovan and her husband Dan and the loving grandmother of Laura, Kelly and Katherine Donovan. She was also survived by her brother Michael Sutzko as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Friday at 10:15am at St. Bonaventure Church, 174 Ramsey Street, Paterson. Guests may arrive at the funeral home at 9:15am. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale, NY.
