Obituary of Anthony Tudda

Anthony Tudda, Jr., age 78, of Woodland Park, passed away peacefully at home on November 27, 2011. Anthony was born in New York to the late Anthony, Sr. and Mary Tudda. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He later worked as an architectural consultant before retiring. Anthony was a parishioner at St. Bonaventure Church in Paterson where he was a lector and former Parish Counsel President and was also a member of the Elks #2111 in Totowa. Anthony was the beloved husband of Carmela "Millie" for over 54 years, the treasured father to Anthony Tudda, III and his wife Allyson and Michael Tudda and his wife Susan, and the adored grandfather of John Thomas, Corrine Ann, Michael Jr., and Anthony Joseph. Anthony is also survived by his sisters-in-law Jennie and Marleis Tudda as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers John, Joseph, and Ambrose. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 10:15am at St. Bonaventure Church, 174 Ramsey St., Paterson. Guests may arrive at the funeral home at 9:15am. Entombment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.
