Laura was a wonderful woman and neighbor at Park East Terrace. She had many nice conversations with my loving mother over the years. Laura always inquired about my mom when she did not see her with me. You will missed. I will always remember many years ago, you and I were at the same Trickey Tray and you rode me home. My prayers go out to Andy, who loved to chit chat with my fantastic father Joe. Rest in Peace, Laura. Joanne Farina

Dear Uncle Jack,John and Kenny- so sorry to hear of Aunt Laura's passing.I have many fond memories of our childhood,visiting all of you.Aunt Laura was always so nice to Ellen and I. She always made me feel so special because her nickname for me was "TOOTSIE". She would always say "How are you TOOTS".She was on my mind a few days ago-her angel must have passed over me.My family,Ellen's family and my mother send all of you our love and sympathy.

I remember growing up that she never missed one of my youth baseball games. An avid fan of mine, she was funny and loud. I learned from her support and encouragement during my very brief and remarkably lackluster career that curveballs are inevitable and it's how you approach them that determines the ultimate outcome. I've taken that lesson and applied it to every area of my life since. Play hard. Play to win. Above all, have fun. Thanks, Mom.
