Obituary of Bernard Bobowicz

Bernard Bobowicz, 78, of Passaic County, passed away at home on March 22, 2014. Bernard was born in Jersey City, NJ on April 24, 1935 to the late John and Mary (Okonski) Bobowicz and later served in the United States Army. He was employed by Standard Packaging Corp. in Clifton, New Jersey, for over 25 years and more recently, he retired from his management position at Shulton in Clifton, NJ. He is survived by his children Steven, John, and Anne. He is also survived by Bogumila Halicka and her children Ivona and Kathy, and his siblings Lorraine Sadowski, Wanda Bosinski, and George Bobowicz. Visitation will be held on Friday from 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral service will begin on Saturday at 9:30am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
