Obituary of Frank E Smith

Frank E. Smith, Jr., 84, of Totowa, passed away on March 26, 2014. Frank was born on August 7, 1929 in Jersey City, NJ. He proudly served his country as a member of the US Army Air Force during WWII. He spent three years in Alaska and later spent two years in Japan. After his military service, he worked at Hoffman LaRoach as a chemical operator supervisor for over 39 years before retiring. Frank was the beloved husband of Yvonne M. Watson Smith. He is also survived by Yvonne's son Ainsley, grandsons Ainsley, Jr. and Aljanon, Frank's two sons Michael and Edward. He will be sorely missed by all his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, from 4-7pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A funeral service will be offered during visitation at 4:30pm. Cremation will be private by the request of the family.
