Obituary of Florence Tarsitano

Florence, age 94, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014 in The Villages, FL. She was born and raised in Paterson, NJ, where she worked as a seamstress and served as president of the senior citizen club at St. Michael The Archangel Parish for 13 years. Loving mother of Judy Boucher and her husband Eugene, she is also survived by her grandson Gene, his wife Marie, and their two children Aiden and Evangeline; her granddaughter Cherie, her husband John, and their three children Shaylin, Kendra and Taylor; her beloved step-granddaughter Linda; and her beloved niece Louise. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Louis, and her two sons, Louis and Joseph. She will be most remembered for her youthful spirit, her wit, and her love of family. Committed to others, even in death, Florence chose to donate her body to medical science. Memorial visitation will be held on Wed., April 16th, from 11am-1pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A memorial service will be held during visitation.
