Obituary of Lynn Firrincili

Lynn Firrincili (nee Miller), 65, of Totowa, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospice of Wayne. Lynn was born in Paterson on February 10, 1949 to the late Catherine and Edward Miller. She graduated from Eastside High School in Paterson with the class of 1966. Lynn worked at Passaic County Technical Institute for 22 years in the Culinary Department. She fought a painful and courageous battle with cancer for 18 years, her husband, Thomas Firrincili, always at her side. She was a devoted mother to Danielle Lichtenberg and her husband Jason. She was the dear sister of Arleen Mosley of Paterson and aunt to Joseph Mosley and Lenny Arcieri. She was the daughter-in-law of Marian Firrincili, sister-in-law to George, Barbara, John and Lisa Firrincili, and loving aunt to many nieces and nephew. Lynn enjoyed life and vacationing with her best friends Phyllis and Mark Johnson. She loved going to concerts, music, and the Jersey Shore. She had strong empathy for people and would help others in any way possible. She will be truly missed by all of her family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday at 9:30am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa.
