Obituary of Ida Barrera

Ida Barrera (nee Langellotti), 86, of Woodland Park, passed away June 12, 2014. Ida was born in Italy on February 8, 1928. She later worked as a seamstress as a member of the ILGW Union in Paterson, NJ. She was the cherished husband of the late Filippo Barrera and the beloved mother of Grace Stramiello and her husband Perry. She was the treasured grandmother of Corey Stramiello and his wife Jessica, Kevin and Scott Stramiello. Ida is also survived by her sister Catherine Dell'Ungaro, many nieces, nephews and relatives in Italy. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral service will be offered on Saturday at 10:00am at Santangelo Funeral Home.
