Obituary of Andrew J Clark

Andrew J. Clark, 90, of Totowa, passed away on July 17, 2014. Andrew was born on January 18, 1924 to the late Andrew Francis and Carrie Clark. He proudly served his country as a member of the Army from 1942-1946. He later worked for the US Postal Service in Jersey City before retiring. He was the beloved husband of the late Laura (Vanestenbridge) Clark. He was the cherished father of John Clark and his wife Arline and Kenneth Clark and his wife Judy. He was the adored grandfather of Jonathan and his wife Ginelle, Amber, Jesse and Brian and great grandfather of Olivia. Andrew was predeceased by his parents and 2 brothers. Andrew's family would like to thank everyone at Little Sisters of the Poor for the wonderful care they have provided. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at St. Joseph's Home for the Elderly, Little Sisters of the Poor, 140 Shepherd Lane, Totowa from 9:00am-11:00am. A funeral Mass will follow visitation. Cremation will be private by the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Joseph's Home for the Elderly.
