Obituary of Azadouhie Demirdjian

Azadouhie Demirdjian (nee Ghazarian), 97, of Totowa, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2014. She was born in Turkey to the late Garabed and Hayganoush (Yaushayan) Ghazarian. She was a loving homemaker to her husband, children grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was the beloved wife of the late Kevork Demirdjian. Azadouhie was the cherished mother of Hermine Manoukian and her husband Hagop, Zareh Demirdjian and his wife Mariam, and Garbis Demirdjian and his wife Sosi. She was the treasured grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 7 great children. She is also survived by her dear brother Hagop Ghazarian and his wife Berjouhi and their children. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00am to 11:00am at Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, 461 Bergen Blvd., Ridgefield, NJ. A Mass will follow visitation at 11:00. Burial will follow at Rockland Cemetery, 201 Kings Highway, Sparkill, NY 10976.
