Obituary of Eugenie M Miller

Eugenie M. Miller, "Genie", (nee Chojnicki), 89, of Woodland Park, passed away on May 1, 2013. Genie was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Walter and Hedwig Chojnicki. She worked as a secretary for McGraw-Hill in NYC before retiring. Genie was a parishioner of Our Lady of Pompeii Church in Paterson where she did part time office work and served as a Eucharistic Minister. She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley J. Miller. She was the treasured mother of Deirdre Palmisano and her husband Vincent and Mark Miller and the treasured grandmother of Matthew and Courtney Palmisano. She was the dear aunt of Paul Pachomski and Cynthia Neelappa. She was predeceased by her sister Florence Pachomski. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday at 9:30am at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 70 Murray Ave. Paterson. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
