Obituary of Alejandro Acevedo

Alejandro Acevedo, 71, of Paterson, passed away on November 1, 2014. He was born on May 5, 1943 in Puerto Rico to the late Francisco and Basilisa (Perez) Acevedo. Before retiring, he worked as a machine operator at Universal in Paterson. Alejandro was the beloved husband of Sonia (Morales) Acevedo. He was the cherished father of Alex Acevedo and his wife Maria and Robert Acevedo and the treasured grandfather of Alejandro, Alexamarie and Robert Acevedo, Jr. He was also the dear brother of William, Enrique and Ramon Acevedo and was predeceased by many brothers and sisters. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 from 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ 07424. A funeral service will be offered on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 9:30am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa.
