Ray was not just "part of the VPI Corps of Cadets." His senior year he was the second highest ranking officer in the Corps and was chosen as "Most Outstanding Cadet" in 1968. A great, brilliant guy who is missed. Condolences to his family from the Regimental Staff of 1968.
