Obituary of Jeanne L. Schneider

Jeanne L. Schneider (nee Nibbling), 80, of Woodland Park, passed away on December 16, 2014. Jeanne was born in Clifton, NJ on October 25, 1934 to the late James and Helen (Post) Nibbling. In addition to being a loving homemaker to her husband and children, Jeanne was a member and former President of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW in Clifton and most recently in Haskell, NJ. She was the beloved wife of the late Benjamin Schneider, Jr. (1998). She was the treasured mother of Thomas Schneider and Ronald Schneider and his wife Elaine and the cherished grandmother of Benjamin and Justin Schneider. She was the dear sister of Virginia and Edie, was predeceased by brothers James, Quintin and Leo and sisters Audry and Charlotte, and is survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-8pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ 07424. A funeral service will be offered on Saturday at 9:00am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Guests may arrive at 8:00am. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa.
