Obituary of James B Fitzsimmons

James B. Fitzsimmons "Jim", 82, of Totowa, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2016. Jim was born in Newark, NJ to the late Bernard and Bridget (Dolan) Fitzsimmons. He worked a variety of jobs before retiring and worked most recently as a kitchen assistant. He was the dear brother of Sister Miriam Bernard Fitzsimmons, Sister Brigita Fitzsimmons, Bernard Fitzsimmons and his wife Mary, and the late Theresa McCaffery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 9-11am at St. Joseph's Home Little Sisters of the Poor, 140 Shepherd Lane, Totowa, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday at 11:00am at St. Joseph's Home Little Sisters of the Poor. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ.
