Obituary of Dorothy A Hoedemaker

Dorothy A. Hoedemaker, 81, of Woodland Park, passed away on July 25, 2018 in Howell, NJ surrounded by her family. She was born in Albany, NY on September 20, 1936 to the late George and Bertha (Becker) Klippel. Before retiring, Dorothy worked as a bookkeeper at Berkley Press in Fairfield, NJ. She was also an active member of the United Methodist Church in Little Falls and a member of the West Paterson Seniors.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Donald Hoedemaker in 2015. She was the cherished mother of Richard Hoedemaker and his wife Marisol, the adored grandmother of Jonathan and Timothy Hoedemaker and the dear sister of Dolores Campbell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be Sunday from 3-6pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 9am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Westerlo Rural Cemetery in Westerlo, NY.
