Obituary of Beatrice "Bea" Pedati

Beatrice "Bea" Pedati (nee Kingsley), 92, of Allen, TX, formerly of Woodland Park, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2019. Bea was born on September 8, 1926 to the late William and Elizabeth (Behrens) Kingsley. Before retiring, Bea worked at Cascios Catering Services and served the cafeterias at Cedar Grove High School and Passaic Valley High School. She was also a member of Our Lady of Pompei Church in Paterson and the American Legion Post #238 in Woodland Park.

Bea was the beloved wife of the late Frank Pedati until his passing in 1995. She was the cherished mother of Walter McGarrity, Carol Ann Bouse and her husband Robert and the late Thomas Pedati. She was the adored grandmother of Maureen McGarrity and her husband Rich, Michele LoFredo and her husband Dennis, Sean Bouse and his wife January, Craig Bouse, Brian Bouse and his wife Courtney, Christy Pedati and the late Christopher Pedati. She was the great grandmother of 9. Bea was predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters and is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends who will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00-8:00pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday at 10:00am at Our Lady of Pompei Church, 70 Murray Ave., Paterson. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 1 Outwater Ln., Saddle Brook, NJ.
