I worked with Frank from 2007 to 2016. I know because Frank could tell me the date and time I walked in the door. He had an amazing mind for moments in peoples lives. A wonderful memory for birthdays, current events, history, movies, television, music, last names, actors, singers, anything and everything. He made us laugh everyday. A practical joker, who could poke fun at himself. He would say " sometimes you have to make your own fun". He joined the navy to see the world, and never got past Rhode Island, its true. He wasn't afraid to admit he was wrong and if he said "this is between us" it was. He never let anyone say a negative thing about me, he stood up for me. He was a good friend and I'll miss him dearly.
