I was one of the fortunate nurses who was blessed to meet Amal. She was filled with hope and courage, uplifting those in her presence, even when things were tough. She made me smile just hearing her voice and enthusiasm when she spoke. She brightened our office with rays of sunshine when she was there. I will always be thankful to have known her. May her husband, children, and family be filled with comfort and peace knowing they had an angel in their midst for a time.

I am a former colleague of Amy's from her time at Weight Watchers. While I had not seen Amy in a few years, I will always remember the way she had a way of lighting up a room with her smile and grace. My deepest sympathies to her family for having lost her too soon.

I cannot describe the way our family is feeling with the loss of Amal. She was so young and still full of life for her family. Amal was a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. She had eyes that sparkled when she smiled. We connected again while she was living in Las Vegas. My husband, Andy, and I met her, Will, Lucy, and Christian for breakfast. We had such a wonderful time. She was a genuine person. Then we met again last December at her home with Habib, Lucy, and the kids. We had a very nice dinner with some wonderful memories that we will cherish. Amal had agape love, it was unconditional. Her loss is very tragic to all of us, but now she is in a better place with no pain. She continues to be an angel, just in a different place. May her memory be eternal. We will miss you. With our deepest sympathy and love.

"Agape" is the most perfect word for Amy!
She radiated such pure selfless, vibrant, unconditional love. That pure, agape love is such a rare and precious thing to experience. Amy was a blessing to everyone fortunate enough to be a part of her life. She was an inspiration to me when we first met some three decades ago, and she will ALWAYS remain a profound inspirational force in my life.

My heart is breaking for your family. I can't even begin to express my grief, as well as the immense sympathy and sorrow I feel for your family and friends.
Amy was one of the most beautiful people (inside and out!) that I've ever had the honour and privilege of knowing. Meeting her and your family changed the lives of not only me, but my entire family for the better. My friendship with her gave me a glimpse of the truth: that love can indeed conquer all things and that true, lasting peace is a possibility.
Amy's memory will be a blessing to me and the world, for now and for all time.
Sending you all my love and prayers.

Though I knew the Faris family for many years, Amy came into my life after the birth of Isabella. She was warm and kind, she smiled with her eyes and lit up a room. Though her loss is immeasurable, may she be at peace and may the memories of her love comfort her family at this sorrowful time.
