Danny or Papi as I called him, was an amazing man. So full of life and energy. The first time I came into his home, he offered me a drink and he put on that classic salsa and he danced with everybody in the room! Then he, along with his son Danny, his brother and a friend got the instruments and it was a true representation of Puerto Rican pride. He always made me happy and made sure that I knew that I was not just a friend of his kids but true family. I am going to miss this spirit.
