After 68+ years of being in your company there now is a void in my exsistence. I still can't believe your with dad now. I miss taking you for hotdogs and soup every Tues. When I picked you up at the Adult Day Care I miss you smiling and telling everyone,{Thats my boy}. Rest in peace.

My favorite memories as a kid were always from Grandma's house. I loved when she made us breakfast (she made the best cream of wheat and pancakes). I loved the sound of her voice. I loved her for her love of animals (Robin, Sammy, Pooh, and all the parakeets). The best times even up until this very year were when the whole family came to Grandma's house. It just meant fun and laughter and I'm glad my kids got to experience what I had as a kid. I'll miss you so much Grandma!

When talking about Grandma, there is so much to say that it is hard to write such a short note. I always remember her taking us to the park in the summer while watching us when Mom worked. I would eat soup from a thermos and then every once in a while, throw the spoon in the Passaic River!! But she never yelled (well.. just a little) She got even though, she needed a rock to hold open the door when it was windy and made me go in the river. She had to get the one she liked out of all of the other ones that were much easier to get to. But that was Grandma. I'm glad my children got a chance to know her and spend quality time with her. They got to see just how special she really was, and we will all miss her. Rest in peace Grandma, and know that we all loved you.

Mom, while you always joked when I was young that I was tied to your apron strings, of your three kids, I was the only one who moved away. Over the years this has meant I was not close; but this was only in distance, not in feelings. You were always in my thoughts as only a mother can be. I have always loved you and l love you still. Good byes are sad and we hate to see you go. But Ann reminded me that dad has been missing you as much as you have missed him. And it should comfort us that you are together again. Funerals are t earful times. But seeing the family and friends gather and talk about what you meant to them only confirms what a special person you always were and always will be. Your memory lives on in your children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and family and friends.

Some of my fondest memories of grandma are the times when she let all of us grandchildren sleep over her house. We'd all be lined up in sleeping bags in her living room, giggling all night-she would yell out the occassional "Go to sleep", but she really never minded us staying up most of the night! And now that I have my own children, I love that they got to know her and that she got to see them and enjoy their little personalities. I'll miss you Grandma!

I realize it has been several years since her passing but I came across this obituary and just had to say something. For many years Eleanor was my grandparents and parents landlady. I fondly remember Eleanor and as a young child I couldn't pronounce her last name and I called her "Mrs. Minnie." As a child I frequently accompanied Eleanor and my grandmother to bingo at St. James Church and thorougly enjoyed being in Eleanor's company. She was always full of life. Although certainly late, my condolences to Michael, Lenny and Ann Marie.
