Obituary of David Smith

David A. Smith, age 76, of West Paterson, died August 21, 2008. David proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps from 1951-1955 earning a rank as Sergeant and defending the United States during the Korean War. He was the owner of D & A Service, West Paterson. Cherished husband of 52 years to Ann (nee Sinatore). Beloved brother in law to Patti Sinatore. Dear uncle to Lisa and Donald Rattino and family. Devoted uncle and godfather to many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Walter, Robert, James, William, and Charles and sister Ida Puglise.Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Avenue, West Paterson, NJ 07424. A funeral service will be held Monday, 10:00 am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Cremation will be private.
