Sal..one of my favorite things about working at Minardis was having a cup of coffee with you first thing in the morning...watching you make them St Joseph bread was aNother...going there was like going home and you were a major part of that..thank you for those years and all your advise whether I liked it or not...I love you..rest well my friend..you will always be missed and never far from our hearts
