We have lived across the street from Pete and his family since 1992. I always saw his grandsons as small children around the house and enjoying the pool. I will always remember his wave hello when he saw me. I often saw him mowing the front lawn. One day I was visiting at his house when his sister and family came to visit. The daughter was named Sandra. It turned out I had been his neice's teacher at the Felician School many years prior to that encounter. Strange how small moments connect people. We will miss you Pete. Our prayers are with your family at this time.
